Frances Amaroux has been an individual and couples therapist since 1991. Empathetic, open-minded and non-judgmental - she connects to each client with a balance of warmth, humour and deep respect. She balances a practical, down–to-earth approach, whilst also utilising the unconscious mind, and energy psychology techniques such as Hypnosis, NLP and EFT and the Emotion Code.
With a deep understanding of Depression and Anxiety, she also has a special interest in working with people who have experienced Trauma, PTSD and Chronic Fatigue.
Tho not religious, she is always open to exploring into the deeper spiritual realms... from Past Lives to Quantum Physics.
With a BA majoring in Psychology and extensive training in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Couples Counselling, she also includes an integrative and multi-disciplinary approach that incorporates the latest learnings from the Quantum Physics, Metaphysics, Integral Philosophy.
In the Relationships arena, she has been helping singles and couples attract and create wonderful relationships since 1991 - over 30 years. As a foundational member of the Relationships Coaching Institute in America, she has an emphasis on prevention, and supports singles and couples in getting very clear and skilled on what works to create deeper connection, lusciousness and longevity in their relationships.

WORKSHOPS AND GROUPS
Between 1999 and 2002, Frances conducted a successful series of workshops and groups called “Unleash the Flirt Within! - how to become more playful, succulent, and irresistible. She was interviewed on Body and Soul TV; People Dimensions on ABC TV and various radio shows including ABC Radio National, 2UE and 2GB etc.
At the end of 2003 she co-facilitated (with Allan Rudner) a series of forums called “She says /He says – Peace talks for the battle between the sexes”. The aim of the forums is to bring women and men together in a space of reconciliation to talk about their fears and misunderstandings and joys – and thereby come to forgiveness and greater aliveness together.
Frances also facilitated the The Intimacy Circle groups for over 5 years in both Sydney, Coffs Harbour and Bellingen. They are an opportunity to bring women and men together from diverse communities to explore the complexities of modern day relationships. More planned for the future....
