Cancellation policy for events

If you have prepaid for an event but are unable to attend, please notify us by midday on the day of an evening event, otherwise your payment will be forfeited. 

Full day workshops: If you are unable to attend these events, please notify us by 8am on the day of the event, otherwise your payment will be forfeited. 

Refunds: There are no refunds but your payment will be rolled forward to the next available event if you have notified us by midday (for evening events) or by 8am (for full day events).
