Pre-requisites: This is probably not a group for complete newbies. Some experience with personal and/or spiritual development /tantra would be an advantage.

How it works?

Meetings are held weekly on Thursdays and participants are encouraged to attend regularly so that we can build saftey and trust, so we can explore deeper at each session. At some stage, when we have the numbers, we will discuss whether to close the group, or not.

The first part of the meeting will be a generalised discussion and check in... and after the break, we will have a skills building session on pre-agreed topics such as the ones above. 

We may also have ocassional guest speakers/facilitators who specialise in relationships, sexuality or tantra etc.
