For those of you who know me personally or through my work, you will know that I have been passionate about coaching and teaching Conscious Relationships for over 20 years now.
At the beginning of this year I facilitated a number of groups and workshops around Creating Authentic Community, and I realised what a huge passion this is for me. It seems that the next stage in our evolution of relationships is the yearning for, and movement into Authentic Community.
.... from Dependence to Independence to Interdependence.
And so I am looking to expand my knowledgebase and connections in this important arena. I have a found an excellent Conference that would be my DREAM to attend !! - The' Integral Community Seminar' in Whidbey Institute, near Seattle in Washington State in August. See photo on left. The most amazing leaders in this field will be there.
See details on the conference: http://nextstepintegral.org/programs/community-seminar
My Request...
To attend the conference in America in August, I need approximately $5-6,000 to cover all the costs involved..including loss of income while I am away.
Consequently I would love your support in sponsoring me to attend this conference in August. And am asking anyone who feels moved to do so, to donate any amount they feel comfortable with.
Please note that I have no attachment whether anyone contributes or not. My relationship with you remains sacrosanct above all !!!
If you wish to donate any amount at all, please make a deposit into my bank account and say 'GIFT' in the space provided.

Many of us are yearning for deeper community.
Whether it is all the natural disasters we have been having world-wide... or a deeper unfolding of awareness....there seems a collective feeling in the air, a stirring, a yearning for deeper and more meaningful connection. I am so excited about doing more work in supporting people to create Authentic Community, as it feels like such a powerful and useful way for me to share my gifts, and be of greatest service to this wonderful planet of ours at this pivotal point in history.
Further Training
I am also in the process of doing some Community Building training with Shane Holst who does Scott Peck's excellent work based on his book - 'The Different Drum". http://www.altruism.org.au/cbw.htm
TESTIMONIAL from Jaspers Eco Village
(Community Building Training Feb 2011)
To really say what you do, and the impact it has had on the community would be hard to fit into a few lines. For me the sessions we had - with your vivacious delivery - inspired us to work on improving our communication skills between one another. The creative "tools" you shared for clearer communication were added to the ones you had already given to us in December are most helpful. The exercises we practised with partners gave me the confidence to revisit Active Listening. Your 'shark vs the dolphin' presentation imparted deeper understanding on behaviours that need to be changed or left alone !!!!!! Thank you for everything M.H. 2011
Integral Community does not grow out of a personal need or neediness;it grows out of an authentic readiness to come together with others to explore and discover how full agency and communion can coexist and give rise to a greater Voice and Love than we have witnessed before."
PS 'Integral' is a coin termed by the philosopher Ken Wilbur.

Integral theory is an all-inclusive framework that draws on the key insights of the world’s greatest knowledge traditions. The awareness gained from drawing on all truths and perspectives allows the Integral thinker to bring new depth, clarity and compassion to every level of human endeavor — from unlocking individual potential to finding new approaches to global-scale problems.
